Model #RACK2R-RVS – An adjustable solar panel rack system designed, USA-built, and tested specifically for rooftop installation on RVs—without requiring any middle roof penetration.

Designed for Solar Panel Mounting – This 2-rail system includes a triangular mounting bracket with an integrated flange for attaching to the outer edge of an RV roof, where solid mounting points are reliably found. The triangular component (blue in the exploded view) features three different height settings for the 3-tab channel, offering enhanced flexibility and strength during installation.

Adjustable Height and Width – Compatible with commercial-grade solar modules, this system supports panels between 20” and 30” wide. It fits RVs ranging from 84” to 102” in width, with three available mounting height options that allow panels to be positioned 2–5” above the roof. This spacing helps reduce heat buildup and optimize solar performance, particularly for bifacial panels. High-efficiency solar panels such as those from Renogy—offering a 25-year output warranty and a 10-year material/workmanship warranty—are recommended for best results.

Quick and Easy Installation – The modular, adjustable rack system is engineered to mount easily onto the side support structures of most RV types in under two hours—no roof penetration required. Once installed, the panels sit below the height of typical rooftop equipment like A/C units or vents, avoiding clearance issues.

UL 2703 Grounding Certification – The rack meets UL 2703 grounding and bonding requirements and is currently pending full certification.
